El Al lounge doesn't admit with credit cards so your only option is trying the three Dan lounges.

You don't explain in your question how the adult got in, most cards give family members or even non-family members admission together with you. However, in any case IS THE BABY EXPECTED TO STAY OUTSIDE?

If my wife and I entered with our free United passes that came with the Chase United card. As to your question is the baby expected to stay outside obviously not but I was wondering if they will charge me.

Can I use my Amex Platinum or Priority to get into any lounge at LGA without a boarding pass? Is the AirCanada lounge before security? Is it still part or priority pass? Did Amex open the Centurion lounge there yet?

No centurion lounge not open yet in LGA. There is united outside security.

I was flying sky team and I wanted to use my aa executive card to get in to the lounge. So I needed a fake boarding pass to get through security since it was in a diff terminal the person by the baggage check in refused to give me one is this normal?
