I went into the dan lounge a month ago with my wife's PP (both of us) and I see she was charged the 27$

And this is the first time you use the card?

Don't forget that you only get two free admissions with the card then its always $27.

The same place where they have the Skydeck - T4
 
Was just fixing my mistake about T3.  :) I don't think they even fly out of T3.

Was there when I went down for Global Entry.
