Do any CCs get me access into any of the lounges in Heathrow terminal 5? If not would I be able to get into an AA lounge with a AA lounge pass if Im flying BA?
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

there are only ba lounges in t5.
So afaik there is no way to get in.
Would you want to go to t3 to the aa lounge?

there Is an admirals club in jfk in that terminal (B). You will need admirals club membership, if you have the citi executive aa card, you'll get in. A business class ticket on a cancun flight will not get you access.
For all admirals clubs locations you can search here

Wanted to give a quick review on my lax - jfk - lax last week, as far as lounges went.
In lax my ticket in first on the new aa planes got me into the flagship lounge,  which is basically a separated section of the regular admirals lounge. Other than feeling special and going through fancy key card only doors,  there's not much different,  but it's much quieter and has a open help yourself bar.
Bathrooms were gorgeous.  And the showers looked nice too.

Sorry,  same pic twice there.  In jfk the flagship lounge is before security so I skipped it,  I went to the regular lounge,  shower was great after a day of running around in NY,  but otherwise I was very unimpressed,  it was crowded and no free food at all,  let alone kosher.  In lax they had chips and granola bars with a hechsher.

In the admirels club they have a first class lounge you need those white cards to get in,
Nothing special other than the buffet and free drinks

They have in each terminal a lounge.
1 doesn't have showers and only gives you wi fi for 1 hour.
Another very small terminal 1 shower nice and quiet.
and there's a third one too.

But not sure what's avail with the card.
