looking for home intercom recommendation

I am looking to get an intercom for my home with possibly a video for the front door.  Any recommendations?

In the past I have purchased a system from eBay, i am sure you can find similar on amazon.
The wire should be a shielded one.

I was just wondering, would it be better to get a wifi camera outside that I can check who is at the door with my tablet, ipod touch or laptop, and use a regular intercom (just voice and no video)?
By the way, you were spot on, Aiphone recommended the JF series.

IME wireless cameras are worthless, as they still need to be connected to a power source.

It would only be worthwhile to look into a separate system for the video if you are planning on hardwiring it to a monitor or dvr. Otherwise I would recommend the JF series.
