TLV-USA Airline Flight Questions Master Thread
« on: May 02, 2012, 05:24:10 PM »
I'm starting this thread for questions specific to flights on the TLV-USA route...as will be illustrated below...let's try and keep the questions to the booked flights and not about finding flights.

Booked a ticket on UA for TLV-EWR...used *G to get Economy Plus seating. It's a 777-200 - is that the same economy plus as United had on domestic routing or just the regular bulkhead where they place the bassinets?

TIA

AFAIK currently none of the PMCO 777s have true E+, they will be converted shortly though.

Is there any airline that allows a stopover in Europe on a one way TLV-USA ticket?

Why not book a RT and change the return dates for free (if using AA/UA miles)

won't be returning within a yr.  this is the return leg of a one way ticket.
also, it would seem that ua charges for routing changes so would have to find the same itinerary.

Not true.
Probably, the passenger is returned to the US and won't be "returning" to TLV within a year.

As long as origin and destination remain the same, you're good.
Beware of JFK/EWR with AA, they will charge you.

Was it a OW or a RT ticket?
