I thought a 24 hour window to cancel paid flights was a US industry standard.  Guess I've been lucky so far.  Is there a link or something that shows what airlines allow a window to cancel and which ones don't?

IINM if the airline allows you to hold the flight for 24 hrs, they don't need to let you cancel within 24 hrs
