Some helpful tips for eliciting answers from other members:
- Keep your question short and precise. No one wants to read a megillah.
- The more questions you ask in one post, the less likely any will be answered. People are willing to answer a question or two, but if you ask all the questions that apply to your particular issue, you're expecting to be spoonfed. Members don't like holding out the spoon, so ask accordingly.

i want to make myself an AU on my wife's amex account, i just wanted to know if there is a chance that it would disqualify me from being targeted for the amex platinum 100k, as i personally don't have any amex accounts. ?

You could be an au on hers & still have your own account.

Is there anyway to transfer luftansa miles to any other mileage program? Or you have to book a ticket on 1 of there partners with the miles?

I believe that goes into effect after closing the card.

ok, thanks, how do you get it waived? anything specific to do now as I apply? I was just approved for arrival +, so combining Barclays pulls- if you have any other suggestions

Call and ask them to waive it. Be creative. It shouldn't be too hard according to the general consensus.
