How to ask a question in this thread:
Click the blue reply button at the top or bottom of the page, type your question, and click post!

Some helpful tips for eliciting answers from other members:
- Keep your question short and precise. No one wants to read a megillah.
- The more questions you ask in one post, the less likely any will be answered. People are willing to answer a question or two, but if you ask all the questions that apply to your particular issue, you're expecting to be spoonfed. Members don't like holding out the spoon, so ask accordingly.

I've been logged in on my iPhone for the longest time already, never tried logging out beside when @aaaron made me butterflies , but logging out didn't work , so I guess I'm having also a  logging out problem.

i called verizon 11/22 to close my account and they said it's closed then i call now and they say it isn't closed due to fraud but they'll close it now and i'm getting billed for the cycle starting on 11/23 what can i do about that? thanks!

This is probably the wrong thread but you should try calling and speak to a manager. If that doesn't work, tweet Verizon Support on twitter....

Yes. I did mean to quote the other post.
I was saying two differences between pm and email
1)you can reply straight from your email as opposed to having to go back to the forums to reply to a PM
2) the mods can't see your discussion

Ok, can others see your email address if its turned on? Can the mods see the first email since it's sent through the forum? Any benefit of the mods being able to see the discussion (i.e., enforce an offer made by a DDFer)?

Yes they can see it. And no real benefit unless your doing something you shouldn't be in which case your a sneaky thieving weasel and don't belong on this forum    (or maybe that's why you do belong)
