Some helpful tips for eliciting answers from other members:
- Keep your question short and precise. No one wants to read a megillah.
- The more questions you ask in one post, the less likely any will be answered. People are willing to answer a question or two, but if you ask all the questions that apply to your particular issue, you're expecting to be spoonfed. Members don't like holding out the spoon, so ask accordingly.

Just got applied and got approved BH for Sapphire Reserve. I applied because I need to transfer my moms UR to United. But now I am unable to do this because I need the card number to transfer from my mom to my UR. Any work around? Thanks so much

When closing a card do you get a free credit report or is that only when opening a new cc or getting declined for a cc? 
 
 A representative was telling me you have 24mnths or if no activity on your ba account they will be taken away! Thought that it was 36 mnths ,am I mistaken?
 
Also regarding a new sign up bonus from a card you had closed after getting the sign up bonus 2 yrs ago, that's from when you originally opened the card and not when you closed it (to qualify for a new sign up bonus? )

With Chase its 24 months since signup bonus. You lose avios after 36 months of inactivity.
