Some helpful tips for eliciting answers from other members:
- Keep your question short and precise. No one wants to read a megillah.
- The more questions you ask in one post, the less likely any will be answered. People are willing to answer a question or two, but if you ask all the questions that apply to your particular issue, you're expecting to be spoonfed. Members don't like holding out the spoon, so ask accordingly.

For Chase, send a secure message through the account.  Then open your sent message up and the account number appears in the message header. Expiration is 3 years from the approval month.  You need to have the card in hand to get the CVV.

When you downgrade an amex after the AF was charged and they adjust it, how long do you have to close it and get the AF refunded? 30 days from the original one or from the new one?
