How to ask a question in this thread:

Some helpful tips for eliciting answers from other members:
- Keep your question short and precise. No one wants to read a megillah.
- The more questions you ask in one post, the less likely any will be answered. People are willing to answer a question or two, but if you ask all the questions that apply to your particular issue, you're expecting to be spoonfed. Members don't like holding out the spoon, so ask accordingly.

Thanks a million he's enjoying it there with his wife. 
They gave him a $10 card to spend in the lounge one for him and one for his DW.($20) He was asking if they have an expiration date on them if he could save for a later time.
 He was going to use it for the beers but they told him that's complimentary.
 Hopefully they will enjoy it.

If it costs approximately the same UR points as Hyatt points to stay at a hotel is one booking method preferable over the other (booking via Hyatt website vs. Chase UR Website)?

not really but if you have status officially you do not get benefits unless you book directly with hyatt
