Some helpful tips for eliciting answers from other members:
- Keep your question short and precise. No one wants to read a megillah.
- The more questions you ask in one post, the less likely any will be answered. People are willing to answer a question or two, but if you ask all the questions that apply to your particular issue, you're expecting to be spoonfed. Members don't like holding out the spoon, so ask accordingly.

If they really want to, they can make their AFs non refundable. its up to them. they try to get you to stay with the card for its perks but not always its worth it..

Borderfree Target Free Shipping To Israel

I placed to orders on Sunday Sept 20th.  Both were to arrive 8-10 days later.  I was optimistic that the offer was real and that the items would arrive when my daughter was arriving to seminary, saving us the need to pack bulky items.  That said, I did not send many of the ordered items with her. A few days after the orders were placed, I received an order cancellation stating that one of the items (mouthwash) was not approved by customs.  I called to inquire as to why the entire order was cancelled. I was told to place the order again and that target would cover the shipping (reimbursing me) and fight it out with Borderfree.  They even gave me an incident number.  Earlier this week I wanted to be sure that my daughter didn't need to bring these items with her.  I called to check on the status of the order and was told that they shipped and are currently at the "international hub".  This Wednesday I received an email that the order delivery is delayed due to high volumes.  Then last night I received emails cancelling both of my orders.  Has anyone had a similar experience? Any ideas of what can be done to get the items to Israel?  Does Target or Borderfree need to stand behind their promotions?

Interesting they continue to advertise specials for discounted shipping to Israel.

IFTTT/RSS only triggers every 15 minutes or so, IINM, so you still aren't getting instant notifications.
