You can transfer money from one serve to another, but i wouldn't do that.

i thought PayPal doesn't like, putting money and then transferring out, have heard they shut down for that

I upgraded my Verizon plans and I'm supposed to get a mail in rebate of $50 for my s5 but no papers came with the phone
What should I do?

from serve, not paypal? but that's a lot of cash to be pulling and then putting back into the bank, that sounds suspicious to me from a bank perspective

Transfer into PayPal and remove from ATM over the course of a month it's not suspicious do it a few times

If u transfer to PayPal u could unload it directly to ur bank (unless that's suspicious... no need to go to atm
