But if there's an easy card with no forex fees, that would be the one to start with so you at least have that to use in Israel. And if you can get a better 'travel' card before your trip, use it to book things and you can still use the first card on the trip itself.
But you likely will have booked the tickets and things before you apply for the second card.

From my research, I would think that UR are the most "fluid." Meaning, I don't necessarily have a specific destination/time in mind at the moment that I'd want to use points towards. At one point I was considering working up Southwest points (for the companion pass, etc) but they don't fly direct from NYC to a few of the destinations I'd possibly be interested in.

I'm also figuring on using them in the US for the near future.

Is my thinking correct?

From time amex posts AF, how long do I have after paying it to get reimbursed? 30 or 60 days from time it was posted?

Looks like you have one long word for location, if you break the word by adding a space, it will wrap onto the next line. Problem solved.

I applied for an AMEX Blue Business plus and they asked me for ongoing access to my bank account. Is this a bad idea? Also, what if the "numbers" don't match up?
