Brand new member and happy to be here. I wish I’d known about this site sooner. I’m especially interested in buying/selling Hyatt awards.

I’ve read through a lot of posts that answered most of my questions. My main concern is getting scammed when I buy. Any quick tips for me?

Also, do I need to pass the “I’m not a robot” test every time I post? Or does that go away after I’ve proven myself?

Better to pay personal Chase cc before the cycle closes (for credit score benefit)? Or better to let it close first, so it's not a situation of cycling through credit limit more than once a month (which can be a red flag to Chase for AA)?

pay off most before cycle closes but definitely want to leave something otherwise credit usage won't get reported at all

Thanks. I know to leave something. But what about the concern about cycling the credit? I recall reading that this is a red flag.

I think if you do it a few times a month, yes, but if your just trying to lower your credit utilization, shouldn't be a problem
