Some helpful tips for eliciting answers from other members:
- Keep your question short and precise. No one wants to read a megillah.
- The more questions you ask in one post, the less likely any will be answered. People are willing to answer a question or two, but if you ask all the questions that apply to your particular issue, you're expecting to be spoonfed. Members don't like holding out the spoon, so ask accordingly.

If you get a approved, you will get the bonus. Doesn't make a difference how long you wait.

Searching on United will show you Star Alliance carriers and on BA you will get One World.

I did an Experian freeze a little while back. Applied for a card from Chase (NJ) and they denied because I had a security freeze on my credit report. Aren't they supposed to pull from the other agencies when I do that? Isn't that the point?

they can choose to pull a different report or ask to unblock the frozen report.
