Take one for spin and you'll notice the differences right away.

Pacifica is ok if much cheaper and for a short lease IMHO.
Can't compare to Sienna/Odyssey.

What's the main cons of leasing a Pacifica hybrid over sienna?
I leased a Pacifica (non- hybrid) 3 years ago.  When I asked my broker what the buyout would be, he basically said I'd be giving it back - "you don't want to keep it."
Three years later, I talked to my mechanic about keeping it vs getting a new car in today's situation.  He said "give it back".
The quality doesn't compare to a Toyota or Honda.

We're obviously talking Sienna hybrid, since the question was about a lease (ie presumably new car) and they don't make a gas only version anymore. Saying you can't compare to Sienna/Odyssey makes me think you're talking about relative to a legacy Sienna. If someone's worried about drive quality, they should test drive the 2 hybrids for a proper comparison, as the difference might not be as pronounced as you might think.

That's not really a reason not to take a lease, unless you think there's a strong possibility you'll want to buy it out at lease end. I have heard of people having issues during the lease, but that's not as pronounced a difference as the longer term quality, and might be worth the risk for the right price discount.

Given the choice, I don't know anyone who would choose Pacifica lease over Odyssey/Sienna.

Obviously, price can be a factor but you can't compare the two.

Buying out a Pacifica is a big no no...

Yep, echoing my mechanic here;

 I once asked a very busy mechanic on his experience with used minivans, he told me that sienna will have the longest life, a lot of people driving at 250k miles with no issues, odysse is a decent runner up, and the pacifica is the car he makes his parnasah from.. total piece of garbage beyond the first 30-50k miles, only a good option for a lease. He told me to stay away from a used pacifica. I didn't ask him on the sedona as it wasn't relevant at the time.
