From a computer it sends a basic emoji, which the site then translates into a emoji figure like this :)

Tapatalk sends it as a code and it translates it into a picture emoji for some reason like this

I typed both those manually and it read it differently.

Minus the spaces I put in so it wouldnt change

The SMF Plugin was updated, @BAHayman can you update it on our end? Hopefully they fixed the emojis now.

It would be nice if after clicking on a notification, instead of exiting the app it would go either to unread or something like that.

Nope since if you many notifications then why would you want to have to exit the forum to go back to notifications

To clarify. After I click on a notification from my  status bar, to get to notifications I have to click on the arrow in the top left corner. Pressing the back key on my phone exits the app completely.
