Can someone please educate me? Im signed up for the 3 promos, but im trying to make sense of the value of the points, even after reading the main site.
Suppose you pay 110 bucks for the manhattan hotel, you end up with 50k points. You can redeem 48k points for 3 $25 Amazon or Shell gift cards. So in essense im paying $110 to get $75.
Where is the much better value that im obviously missing?

The big value is for a Radisson Blu redemption, where you get a hotel room that would cost you ~$300 a night for ~$100...
