Chase UR Points Direction

I have only recently strating using the Chase Freedom and SP cards.  Is there a post that gives me the "how to" re the rewards system, tranferring and all?  I know there has been much discussion as how to use them to maximize points, but is there a similar post re maximizing rewards?  FYI, I don't travel much, used to use HH most.  Now Im using the Chase cards and AMEX SPG.  I have about 200k points in AA if that matters.  Thanks.
