I booked an award ticket on UA and the first leg of my trip had a schedule change and it now arrives after my connecting flight is supposed to take off. The website indicates that I can change that segment with no fee.
Would I be able to cancel my ticket and redeposit for free as well the entire ticket including the return? Did I get lucky that I can now cancel for free? I am not elite btw. Thanks.
You should be able to cancel it without a fee.
