where do you guys send the sm to, to close a card? anything that could be the right one, tells me to contact them by phone.

I also had an extremely rude csr when i called to cancel my platinum card. He was so rude that i was completely shaken and scared. I immediately went on to ddf to see if anyone else had this experience. I was comforted to see that i was not the only one to have this happen to. I am happy to now learn that I can sm them in the future. Thanks so much, fellow ddf'ers :)

I just cancelled 2 Plats via 2 SMs. It took all of 5 hours and the refund was showing on the account the next morning.

SM is definitely the way to go!

You gtta knw how to enjoy these rude CSR's
The last time I tried to close one of my plat's he gave me attitude, I asked for his name and wrote a SM saying how disappointed I was with their Customer Service.
They wrote me back a long apology and credited my account $25
it CAN be done!
