I want to send someone money through paypal but dont have enough in my account - can I use credit card or link a bank account to it for free transfer?

You can, but Paypal is never free unless you send as gift from your bank account.
If you register only your bank, they won't release the funds to the receiver until the check clears.

Your paypal account has to be linked to your bank account or a credit card account to send money.

I purchased an item with paypal but seller sent a gift invoice but in the notes it has the item description.
Will I be covered if I dont get the item?

I'm trying to withdraw money from my PayPal account and I got a msg that I can withdraw max $500 per month,
Is there any workaround? Open another PayPal account and transfer my balance to that one and then withdraw?

I verified 2 out of 3 on paypal. its still telling me they need ot verify bank account 2 transactions they put in. Anyway for me to get those amounts as they not showing yet in bank?

No. The whole point of those deposits are that only if it really is your bank account will you know the amount.

When did you add the bank account to your PP acc?
It normally takes 3-5 business days and sometimes even 7 days for the deposits to appear.

It will be something like : $0.03 and $0.08 or something like that
Once you enter these amounts in the 2 fields in PP, your PP will get verified
