Google chrome "this page has insecure content"

every time i log on to any website even just a simple google search, a message pops down saying " this page has insecure content" and give me the option to either "load" or "dont load" (i attached a screenshot)

any ideas how get rid of this?

i dont really get it.
but for now im not getting that notice, so ill wait and see
