originaly I did it by phone, but after posting I decided to try my luck online.. they have first for 75000 but it has two stopvers both ways, is it still worth it??
maybe its worth it to go 40000 economy with one stop...?
theres no airport in mauii, which airport should I fly to?
I'm going to call te hotels if the westin in mauii does not have kosher food maybe ill go to kauii and take u up on ur offer if ur still willing..
Only Continental flies nonstop from NYC to Hawaii, everyone else has stopovers...plus Continental has international BusinessFirst class to Hawaii.

I think Delta may have some quasi-international business seating to Hawaii...look for A330 or 767 flights via ATL or MSP.

The main Hawaiian airport codes are:
HNL-Honolulu, Hawaii
OGG-Kahalui, Maui
LIH-Lihue, Kauai
KOA-Kona, Big Island
ITO-Hilo, Big Island
If this trip is a honeymoon I'd probably splurge for first class

hehe, if you find a way to drive between the islands I'd love to hear about it.  ;D

Your options are limited to swimming or flying.
Here is what Hawaii looks like.

What date/flights do you have reserved?

these are what i reserved but maybe ill change it to go through Atlanta, although the reason why i asked how to make flights with long stopover with dates that u want.. is because it would be nice to extend the vacation and stay either on the way there or the way back.. to stay in Cali, or Seattle..

When I was in Maui, I ordered food from Oahu Kosher in Honolulu. The delivered the food by refrigerated boat, and I had to go tho the airport to pick up the order.  ($75 Delivery fee)

I wouldn't bother with first class on those planes.

Here's the coach itinerary I'd recommend for 40K miles:

02/07
LGA-MSP 8:00am-10:19am A320
MSP-HNL 11:25am-4:10pm A330
02/11
HNL-ATL 5:50pm-7:22am A330
ATL-LGA 8:40am-11:10am 757

Get a seat in row 28 or higher on the A330 for extra legroom.  All seats on the A330 have personal entertainment systems.

For the connecting flights from Honolulu to Maui or Kauai check out www.hawaiianair.com
You can buy the tickets or use 10K miles from any airline for the flight.  Be sure bring a copy of the Hawaiian Air itinerary to check your luggage from LGA all the way to Maui or Kauai.

Also if you want to add a stopover in any connecting city you need to do it over the phone.

Personally I'd save the miles for a different trip.
The first class on those planes wont be anything special.  There was no 75k first class on the planes where it would be worthwhile.
Coach on the A330 segments (in the first 28 rows) like on the itin I recommended above should be nice as that's an internationally configured plane with decent leg room and personal entertainment systems.

The Hyatt in Maui definitely has kosher food.
But I'd still recommend bringing frozen cooked meals from home and warming them up on a burner/crock pot or the like.

A Hyatt has kosher food in Hawaii? What does this mean? The hotel provides it? What's the hechsher?

I don't think they had 40K availability for your dates though.

They're frozen meals imported from LA.
They give Diamond members a number of meals for free.

Hold the itin I suggested and try calling delta and see if you can add on the HNL-OGG-HNL legs to that ticket on Hawaiian.

Alternatively you could also just buy a cheaper ticket from www.iflygo.com
