The Hyatt in Maui definitely has kosher food.
But I'd still recommend bringing frozen cooked meals from home and warming them up on a burner/crock pot or the like.

A Hyatt has kosher food in Hawaii? What does this mean? The hotel provides it? What's the hechsher?

I don't think they had 40K availability for your dates though.

They're frozen meals imported from LA.
They give Diamond members a number of meals for free.

the problem is that i called up hawaiin airlines they said that if i want to use delta skymiles i would have to call up delta and book through there, when i checked delta.co for thier flights fron hnl to kahalui they onlly have in the morning which would mean i would have to stay over night... any ideas please im trying to book right now! i dont mind staying in cali or seattle for shabbos but would rather not hawaai...
and besides, if i book a seporate ticket they charge 75 becouse its within 20 days.. ;-(

Hold the itin I suggested and try calling delta and see if you can add on the HNL-OGG-HNL legs to that ticket on Hawaiian.

Alternatively you could also just buy a cheaper ticket from www.iflygo.com

Looks like a fun trip.  So you're set on Maui onver Kauai then?  It's a tough choice!

The planes won't be anything special...but only crazy people like myself consider the plane to be part of the fun.
Also I'd leave on one of the red-eyes on sunday to get in an extra day in LAX.  You'll have a car rental for 4 day in LAX whether you leave at noon or 11pm.

Another option would be Shabbos in Honolulu by a shul close to Waikiki.

Lol, I don't mean to push Kauai over Maui...they're both beautiful islands and you won't be disappointed with either.
My personal preference is Kauai...but it's just that-a personal preference.
