I cant find a list of hotels on their website.
Nearly every hotel is in Waikiki and will therefore be walkable.
There are no SPG's or Hyatt hotels that aren't walkable to the shul (located in the Ala Moana hotel).

Dan, where do the kosher meals come from in LA? What kind of selection do they offer? Is the food decent?
Having experienced the food at the Hyatt Maui, it is decent...provided you get it for free :-)

For the connecting flights from Honolulu to Maui or Kauai check out www.hawaiianair.com
You can buy the tickets or use 10K miles from any airline for the flight.  Be sure bring a copy of the Hawaiian Air itinerary to check your luggage from LGA all the way to Maui or Kauai.

Also if you want to add a stopover in any connecting city you need to do it over the phone.

what do you mean use mileage form any airlines to book an interisland on Hawaiin

Every major domestic airline will book you an interisland round-trip (i.e. HNL-LIH-HNL) or open jaw ticket (i.e. HNL-LIH-OGG) on Hawaiian for 10,000 miles.
Plus:
AA will let you book a one-way for 5,000.
Continental will let you have a free stopover so you can go HNL-LIH-OGG-HNL for 10,000 miles.

That would be a good bet.  It's possible that continental.com could book it though.
