Hello everyone!! I feel very sorry that I'm posting after I left, but since I got highly informative information to share, I am simply not able to keep to myself and ignore my inner push to post it here.

I believe that a significant portion of members here encounter this problem once in a while: you're on your mobile device logging in to chase.com to view your accounts, and it automatically directs you to their mobile version which has limited functions like no SM, etc., and, unlike most other banks, they don't give you the option to switch to their full PC version site.
And there's no way around it, they always manage to detect that you're on a mobile device.
But I found the solution: do a google search 'chase online access.com' and scroll down till you see a result that has the link as
www.chaseonlineaccess.com click and on the upper right side you'll be able to log in to the full chase.com! (I don't know why, but for some reason it didn't work when I tried to enter the above address in my browsers address bar).
P.S. Its not confirmed with a phone rep. Lol lol....
