Hi
heres a mini TR.
Flew UA EWR-PLS 9:30am. When you land, there was a 45 min wait for immigration. you have the option to prebook VIP and skip the line.
Once outside, a shared taxi is the main method of travel. I think it was 20pp to Wayamara.
We stayed in a 1 bedroom oceanfront suite. It had a nice board overlooking the water, as well as a mini kitchen with convection burner.
The hotel I would say is a 3.5 star, definitely dated.
We stopped by Crest and Berry on the way to the hotel. Great acai bowls, smoothies and some toasts. Limited menu here but did the job. Very appreciate to Chabad for keeping this place kosher. Its in Grace Bay and there's some shops to walk around. Only a 7 min drive from Wayamara.
Dinner we got from Chabad, which was fresh and tasty. Was delivered well, and hot. The hotel let us sit in the dining room but charged a fee.
The hotel has a villa side as well. there's a beach and a swim area there, as well as a tennis and basketball area. If you are not staying in a villa they charge a fee. theres a free shuttle from hotel.
we did a boat tour which was nice, they take you to a abandon ship and some snorkling.
I would say theres not a ton going on here so unless you like alot of beach, there may be better options.
