Just got a response to my request from December, that my AA ExPlat card that I submitted expired in Feb and I should submit a copy of my current card + 2 recent statements.  I no longer have AA ExPlat, only Gold.  But I did get the Flying Blue Gold status match.  Can I send a copy of the card in?  What do I do about the statements?  They obviously show 0 activity/points.
