1st of all it's against their policy

"Policy overview

We don't allow items that promote or glorify hatred, violence......

......or other items that bear the Nazi swastika or SS runes"

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/offensive.html

The reason I asked because some items like coins and currency that have the swastika on them are allowed.

I would just keep calling them until it is removed or they give you an explanation why it hasn't been removed.

They've done it wrong, its supposed to be clockwise.

Besides this exists way before the nazi, except the name of it suggests german intentions...

Maybe their true intent was a counter clockwise swastika.

+1. The title actually suggests that it is not nazi-intended - http://www.thefreedictionary.com/salubrious.

Reminds me of an incident a while back. My wife called me frantically that our (new) cleaning lady had rolled up her sleeves, and she had a swastika tattoo on her arm. Turned out she was from some Asian country where they use it as a symbol for health or good luck...

Different crowds in India use it for good luck, so typically on the office and safe doors.
They have it clockwise, but have one dot on each side of the swastika.

@helpme: no calling off the dogs, lots of real nazis mistakenly draw it counterclockwise.

The title of the eBay article does suggest german intentions.
