That may make the coffee more kosher, but won't change the status of the milk. Once it's open it's no longer CY

I wouldn't put it like that. But think about an open bottle of milk in a non Jewish store. If they run out of CY milk they can just refill the bottle with non CY milk and nobody would know. There's no supervision, no disincentive to do that. Therefore unless you're the person opening the bottle you can't assume the milk is CY despite the CY container. This is not my own idea. Putting aside the milk, isn't there an issue with them serving ham sandwiches and washing the utensils together with coffee pots? Or do they not sell ham in stores with CY milk?

Stam keilim ainom ben yomo. Eventhough we don't say that in a commercial setting here the only question is if hot water went directly from the treif to the utensils used for your coffee therefore you can rely on it. This is the psak I received AYLOR

What do you gain by having it in your possession? You are anyway not able to sign the title over to someone else since there is a lien-holder. As the lien holder they would have the option to either call the debt or take possession of the car if you don't pay. For not mailing them the title? They can sue you or call the debt.

Can anyone vouch for this? Seems too good to be true

So it seems like the name of the company is Liberty Health Share. And I see on the website that there is an annual unshared amount (aka deductible) of $500 for singles, $1000 couples and $1500 family, this is something the guy on the sign never told me. Unless he worked out something different.
Is anyone gonna go and sign up for this?

ETA: I see there is a signup fee of $135 and annual fee of $75 before any monthly costs

I don't understand how this guy is promoting this. I'm sure it's not so simple halachicly to join, he's also doing some false advertising as there is a deductible.
Also according to my research (didn't actually speak to them) they won't cover a pregnancy that was conceived before joining the plan. This was in the tiny fine print....
