And yes, on Williams st they were selling for  over 600k, thats a little crazy.

TRYING to sell for over $600K. That new duplex has been sitting in the voice for a while not going anywhere...

Another thing I saw, they're selling duplexes for 669K, that's insane. A fregggggen duplex

Again, TRYING!!! There are duplexes in the 5's. The ones in the 6's aren't selling.

Yes prices went up. No you don't need to pay in the 6's to get a duplex.

I'm excited that the duplexes dropped 75 to 100k from a couple of weeks ago. If the trend continues we may be back to realistic prices of 425 for duplexes. Imho it will normalize

Townhouse is still needs to drop 50 k at least... Anyway, it can't sell as is.. Westgate brand new is currently ~430 for end units.

It's really crazy what's going on. People are buying these houses for crazy prices and basing their mortgage payments upon renting their basements out for X amount of dollars. Now that the prices drop how do they fill in the missing $300??

There may have been a short period of time where realtors got ahead of themselves so all listings were above 600K and some desperate people went into contract. Then reality set in and realtors are realizing that to move houses the costs needed to come down a bit and 600+ was unreasonable.
