son broke frame but no one can fix so we have to but new pair(new frames and lenses)

You can get a temp registration from the state of Texas online. I think it's $20

You need 6 points and proof of address, I don't think that's 6 points but a ss card or DEBIT card should get you to 6

to answer my question after much running around I got my son lenses and frames for $38 from walmart!
