Not sure why anyone would go there. The water is full of grass and stinks.
Go to db electronics, the Mikva is outside under an overhang by the loading dock. Nice clean and open 24 hrs. They say not to park in the parking lot unless your shopping in the store though.... but after hours you pull right up to the loading dock

Lakewood township reassessment for 2017 information on Tax impact

Proposed value of all properties in Lakewood for 2017 $9,659,250,00
went up 3 billion dollars from the current $6,451,459,200

Detail on the new tax rates:
HERE

Search HERE - lists 15,000 of the 25,000 properties in LKWD and how much they were assessed at. Have fun checking out the houses in Lakewood!

They provided a worksheet where you can calculate new tax, HERE

Basically, the old rate was 2.93. Since Lakewood properties overall went up by 50%, if your value went up by more than 50% you have an increase and less than 50% you have a decrease. Approx new rate will be 1.957 subject to change based on 2017 budget. In the excel – enter old and new values into the first 2 yellow cells and the rest calculates automatically.

but what about the other 10 k houses? Can't find the one I'm looking for..

They didn't finish all houses so many houses are not on the list and it is still subject to change

So how did they assess total value increase?

They must have finished all 25K houses to get that (see here) but for some reason the spreadsheet only has 15K houses and was last updated 11/23/16.
