I know this wasn't the question, but if you happen to be in Brooklyn, stop into Bagels N Greens - they have the best Milchig donuts that I've ever tasted (albeit at around $4 each, but well worth it IMO).

Are you saying that the donut is the physical thing being described by heaven which is the spiritual thing? Because heaven has a physical side to it as well. Unless you were saying that heaven (the physical thing) can not be described with the word pure (the spiritual thing).

The Quickchek on Cedar Bridge used to have an O-U symbol by their coffees. Now the symbols are taped over. What is the reason for that? Also, is there the same issue to buy there as to buy in Starbucks? (Even black coffee)

It was probably never authorized in the first place to be on display there. The coffee itself probably does have the hechsher but they would not be asked to display it on prepared coffee without supervision on the preparation.

BTW, bo and bon has (had?, you never know with that store) very good doughnuts at reasonable prices, if I remember correctly, less than 2$. Great flavors.

I've used them many times, they're very good and have great CS! AFAICR they do ask for prescription though
