we did our floors recently and was told they no longer use polyurethane and therefore can stay put, so maybe find out what they are using

Also consider Homewood Suites in Eatentown (it's on the same property as Sheraton). I think it's less points than Garden Inn Lakewood, and it's definatly more spacious. I enjoyed it there much more than the Sheraton.

btw you can switch after a guaranteed rate is done at the end of 2017 so if you are on top of things could work?
