Before signing any settlement papers read them carefully and ASK QUESTIONS. Don't just assume the attorney is taking care of everything to your satisfaction. Some people have been told to just sign because it's a good settlement only to find out afterwards that attorneys fees were not covered leaving them to pay over 10k out of pocket to the attorney. Others have found that they settled for an hourly rate that won't even cover the services needed after they were told to just sign the papers because it's the best deal they could get and they would be happy. Ask the questions before signing and don't rely on anyone advising you to " just sign the papers" no matter who the attorney is. You will save yourself much heartache later on...

No just between all taxes and fees and then rolling in the 1395 down and then a damage waiver on top of that, I juts imagined it as more! Anybody know if it's still available?

Anybody know of a nice place to watch fireworks on July 4th within 50 miles of Lakewood. Preferably somewhere where you can sit down/lawn chair. (Something like Downsview Park in YTO)

went to redbank a few years ago and it was very nice
dunno if christie canceled it this year, though
