"Nothing is missing. This story happened in my block. TLS totally misconstrued the story. Our children were playing outside, when 2 black teenagers who often pass by and scare the children passed by. The children headed to their houses and away from the street. These kids picked one 6 year old girl off the scooter she was riding, put the child in her mother’s car, locked the child lock, and ran off. Another 5 year old child who saw what happened, quickly let the child out, and went to tell the parents who called the police."

Who would know their intent if they haven't been caught yet ? Abducting a child & locking her in a hot car is no prank anymore.

I think TLS is always trying to promote LSCW so they try to show how dangerous things happen so that LCSW can come to the rescue....
