A friend of mine is looking to rent "office space"  in lkwd. All he needs is place for a desk and chair and Internet connection. 


He doesn't wanna pay more than $150-200. Is there any place that does such a thing? Basically a cubicle rental.

I think the building on 11th and Madison (southwest corner. Not the mikvah lol) offers such a service.

If I understand correctly,  they offer secretarial services -  which means prices can't be too cheap.

I'll definitely tell him to give it a try.

BTW office space in lakewood is at a all time low recently (pricewise)
