Agreed. While many complain about Roshei Mosad being unreasonable, people seeking schools in which their child will be all the way to one side of the spectrum isn’t good either.

Overall the system regulates itself but certainly some get burned.

have someone take a pic of you by a wall etc, )follow the guidelines here https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply/photos.html) resize to a 4x6 etc and print by walgreens for 36 cents

Remember, part of being cheap is being innovative. I have a 2015 Camry where the front blinker is inside the bumper, attach with a bracket that is part of the bumper. Somehow the blinker bracket cracked off the bumper, the "right" way to fix it is to replace the bumper for $350. Both Viggy and Sruly offered to glue it back for $50, others I asked only wanted to replace the bumper.
