I think they don't typically open because there are halachic issues to get a haircut M"SH (do sefardim hold differently?)

Never heard of that though according to kabbalists you shouldn’t take a haircut at night, yet every barber is open at night.

OTL also does. I made a party there and used CSR because I was expecting it to be Dining; instead it's Groceries and I could've used my Freedom 5x on groceries.

I know it's not what you asked, but it's pretty easy to do it yourself. Order the wrap online, and use a blow dryer. Just be careful with chocolate because you don't want to overheat it...

Thanks. But I think if I do it will a blow dryer the chocolates will melt that’s why I need a machine

I've seen it done with the heat first on the bottom of the plate, then the sides, not much on the top
