Yes, of course became better a long time ago already. I've had 300 mbps down and overall much less latency and better phone quality since the bands were adjusted in Lakewood. Certain areas (mostly County Line area) still not great.

There is more than one French Press. I'm not familiar with all, but I think the one near Evergreen has space and is a pretty good place to work.

If you’re looking for something more than a couple of days, I’d suggest looking into a temporary coworking space like bitbean, not expensive, and comes with free coffee.

That’s not a problem at all. We’re living in best job market that Lakewood has ever had. Practically any job should be decent pay in a decent environment at the minimum. When I wrote “hundreds of openings” I didn’t mean hundreds of companies, I meant that cumulatively there are hundreds of openings between the various companies. Go through the ads, it’ll take 15-20 minutes. Find out what industry she’d prefer to be in, and from there just pick out whatever ads seem to be the most appealing and apply. Don’t overthink it, you’ve done your hishtadlus.

Another perspective - the job market now is like housing market 3-4 years ago. There were great houses and apartments available all over for great prices in all different shapes and sizes. You were able to be picky about all sorts of things, nowadays people are running to pay top dollar for garbage. In hindsight any option you picked 3-4 years ago was great. That’s where the job market is now. No need for analysis paralysis.
