Try one click cleaner. Free pickup and delivery. Haven't been able to walk into a cleaners since I found them. Plus their pricing is better than practically everyone.

what do you guys do about alge growing on your roof?

There’s a frum guy on my block who does power washing, gutter cleaning etc. We just used him and were satisfied with his work, plus he’s relatively inexpensive. I’m pretty sure he does roofs as well. PM me for his contact info.

I've used them to sew and fix simple things too.

Picture idea is smart I never did that but I'm assuming if the listing goes down it triggers some type of review.

Personally I think the safest way is to check the feedback and contact the other buyers that they sold to (that are selling stuff) and see if they're nice enough to give contact info
