There are a number of projects in JCPL. None are actually flowing at this time. Arcadia is offering pre-enrollment now.

At this time, Arcadia is the provider that makes the most sense for a number of reasons. They are the largest and most experienced in the field. When it was rolled out in NY the process was a total mess and there were many complaints. People were unsure why they were getting multiple bills and weren't sure what was supposed to be on which or how to ensure they weren't paying double. Arcadia's system is that you would no longer pay anything at all to JCPL and all of their charges would be included on your Arcadia bill. Arcadia requires that their bill be auto paid by either a credit card or direct debit. We are a vendor for Arcadia and others but recommend Arcadia for most residential customers.

Are you referring to banked solar kWh? If some months are zero usage then they may not accept your account. Otherwise it should not be an issue since the solar banks at the kWh metering level.
