I've heard great things about ThatHat but haven't tried it myself.

FWIW a cheap hat might last much shorter than a more expensive higher-quality hat. My cheap hats started looking awful after less than a year, while my $300 Trionfo served me well as a Shabbos hat for 5 years and other 2 as a weekday hat.

In my experience, this is usually the case but not always. While most times expensive hats will last, it can happen that you pay a lot for a hat and it starts losing it's shape after a very short time.
