thanks but to me seems they only do short easy minor repairs

Used to be $10/hour, but it went up in recent years. Was recently charged $20/hour. I guess somewhere between that, my feeling is that $15 or so is average now.

I was answering on the OP's mentioned age, high school girls. Indeed, it's significantly cheaper for younger babysitters.

9th graders don't get paid the same as 12th

It depends on age. The older the girl the more they get paid.

also depends on the job, if theres a newborn it may be more... it may also depend on how easy you want to be able to get a babysitter the next time around.. it may be worth paying an extra $1 an hour for that peace of mind...YMMV.
