French Press - Freshly Roasted exotic coffee beans. Ground and brewed on demand by the cup. Standard method is pour over, but you can request just about any. Ask which brand are freshest.

Kol Shimshon - fixed mincha and maariv every 15 minutes at peak times otherwise every 1/2 hour
West Gate - Maariv every 20 minutes from 8-12

I am with Exchange Telecom for my home phone and they are using Verizon service. Exchange recently called me and offered to switch the phone line to optimum which they said would provide the same features but would be $10 a month cheaper. Does anyone have experience with Optimum home phone service in Lakewood versus Verizon. Any downsides? Thanks

It was mentioned upthread. I signed up over 9 months ago and assigned a farm about 6 months ago I’m still not receiving the discount (same story with everyone else I spoke to). I signed up with community solar …

Solar installations regularly take months longer than they should die to regulatory stupidity and utility incompetence. All the more so when they are at this scale.
