West Gate - Maariv every 20 minutes from 8-12

If it doesn't have to be neat or perfect, then it should cost about $40
1. Buy the paint and brushes
2. Buy a case of soda cans
3. 'Hire' a group of kids on the block to paint it for a can of soda

With kids hasagos these days it may be cheaper to hire a professional painter
