IINM the standard rate (at least as of last summer) was $50, and when you return the tank, you get $20 (or $30?) towards a new one.

So far, one place doesn't want to share the info without a "short phone call" to discuss "my needs". Would be better business wise to answer my question pleasantly and then maybe I would consider them for my needs.

for the record BJ’s is by far the cheapest under $20 with OUT membership and you actually get a full/real 20lbs unlike the exchange places.
